The team
Therapists who understand the sea from the inside.

Co-Founder & Lead Therapist
Tatjana Lucia
Tatjana is a trauma-informed psychotherapist with over eight years of clinical experience. She combines scientific and holistic methods to address the unique psychological challenges of maritime life, bringing together evidence-based modalities with a genuine understanding of the demands placed on those who work at sea.
Her practice is built on the principle that professional mental health care should be accessible, flexible, and culturally appropriate. In the yachting industry, that means meeting crew members where they are, both literally and figuratively.

Co-Founder & Therapist
Ryan Pike
Ryan brings a perspective that is rare in mental health practice: firsthand experience of the environment he supports. Four years in yachting gives him an understanding of the industry's unspoken dynamics, including the hierarchy, the isolation and the performative wellbeing, that cannot be learned from the outside.
His work combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine insight into maritime culture. He built Haven because he saw what was missing from the inside.
