About Haven
The Workshop Package: a three-month engagement with six facilitated sessions for your vessel (€10,000 per vessel, all crew included). Delivered remotely, on your schedule.
Yacht crews, captains, and the vessels and management companies that care about their welfare. Everything from onboarding to language to session content is built specifically for the demands, schedules, and cultural dynamics of the superyacht industry.
Haven was co-founded by Tatjana Lucia, a trauma-informed psychotherapist with an MSc from the University of Sydney and eight years of clinical experience, and Ryan Pike, a crew member and certified therapist with four years of firsthand yachting experience.
Confidentiality & access
Completely. We maintain strict confidentiality on all individual interactions. No individual session content, names, or identifying information is ever shared with the vessel or management company.
No. Crew members and vessels can contact us directly. The free exploratory call is the starting point, with no referral needed and no waiting list.
All sessions are conducted via secure, GDPR-compliant encrypted platforms. You can access support from any port, anchorage, or open water. All you need is a private space and an internet connection.
Workshop package
Each workshop is 90 minutes, delivered remotely. The six sessions are spread across your three-month engagement at a cadence the vessel chooses: weekly, fortnightly, or custom. They don't have to run in sequence.
The full vessel, for the full engagement. Pricing is per boat, not per crew member, and covers all six workshops plus three months of Haven App access for everyone onboard.
Yes. We work around the vessel's schedule. Itinerary changes, charter conflicts, and weather delays are expected. Flexibility is built into the programme.
